Community of Experts
Benchmarking Online is based on the idea of a community of experts and a continuous benchmarking process. This approach allows an increasingly detailed handling of topics as well as rising data quality, because annual results are discussed in depth in a community of domain experts and HR decision makers. Those working in the field, top experts from the participating companies, and representatives from research and teaching deal with the latest topics at the annual content workshops. The benchmarking contents are continuously updated and the plain data is “filled with life.”
The evaluation events generally last 2 days and provide ample opportunity for getting to know the other participants and establishing a personal network with colleagues from comparable companies.
