Methodology
Particularly in view of the breadth of the covered topics, Benchmarking Online provides an unparalleled level of differentiation and various contents and analysis options, which are co-developed each time by experts from participating companies and subjected to a “proof of concept” by pilot groups of 10 to 15 participants each.
Three methodical elements structure the makeup of the benchmarking contents each time: A sensibly and precisely delimited area of examination in order to ensure the comparability of the compiled data, valid output values which can be collected with justifiable effort and allow the reliable positioning of productivity, costs, and quality of the surveyed areas of examination, and relevant influencing factors that affect the respective HR process and are thus responsible for “good” or “bad” output values and – if measured correctly – can explain “why those who are good are that good.”
